Illusions Sport Fishing's Captains

Picture of Illusions expert fisherman and Captain Tim HicksCaptain Tim Hicks was born in Southern California and soon found a passion for deep sea fishing off the California coast as well as Baja. He decided to pursue a career in big game fishing and moved to Kona in 1993. He has been on the Illusions ever since. In 1999 he teamed up with Captain Steve EpsteinPicture of the Illusions expert fisherman and Captain Steve Lipstein (Stimy)(Stimy). Between the two of them they have racked-up over thirty years experience fishing the waters of Kona. Steve has a 1400 lb Blue Marlin under his belt and has helped numerous anglers accomplish a 10 to 1 on almost every line class, even 130 pound.
